Our Heartfelt, Family‑Run Return Policy

We’re a small family business, and every treat we make is crafted with the same love and care we give to our own dogs. When you choose our products, you’re trusting us with something precious—your dog’s wellbeing—and that means the world to us. If anything ever falls short of what you expected, we’ll always do our best to put it right with kindness and honesty.

If Something Isn’t Quite Right

Because our treats are fresh, natural and perishable, we can offer refunds or replacements when:

Your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as it should be

You receive the wrong item

You notice a quality concern within 48 hours of delivery

We can’t accept returns of opened treats unless there’s a genuine issue, simply because we want to keep every dog safe.

Timeframes

For natural treats: please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your parcel

For non‑perishable items (like accessories or merchandise): you have 14 days to contact us

We’re not strict for the sake of it—these timeframes just help us keep everything safe, fresh and fair.

What We’ll Ask For

To help us understand what happened, we may ask for:

Your order number

A short description of the issue

A couple of photos if it helps us see what went wrong

We promise we’ll never make you jump through hoops.

How We Make It Right

Once we’ve had a look:

We can send a replacement straight away

Or, we can issue a refund to your original payment method

We aim to sort everything within 3–5 working days, because we know waiting isn’t fun.

Items We Can’t Take Back

For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:

Opened or partially used treats (unless faulty)

Treats stored incorrectly after delivery

Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

We’re Always Here for You

If you’re ever unsure, worried, or just need a friendly chat about your order, please reach out. You’ll always be speaking to a real person from our family—someone who genuinely cares about making things right for you and your dog.
